Included in your plan
Basic: Cashier, sales reports, inventory, employees, attendance and owner dashboard.
Pro: Everything in Basic, plus online store, QR ordering, members, promotions, multi-menu, ingredients and bookkeeping.
Choose monthly or annual service around your plans
A monthly POS subscription provides a shorter budgeting period. An annual plan is paid for a year of service. Compare the full payment and expected operating needs during that period. The table shows current published prices; outlet counts, add-ons and hardware can change the full quotation.
Select a plan for each outlet
One company may have outlets on different plans. Basic includes the cashier, reports, item inventory, staff tools, attendance and owner dashboard. Consider Pro for tables and QR ordering, online ordering, memberships, promotions or ingredients and recipes. Confirm that selected features are available for the outlet using them.
Distinguish invoices, payment and active service
An invoice describes a charge; issuing one does not prove receipt of payment. Check the payment method, amount, outlet identity and service dates in the quotation. Activation follows verified payment or approved trial and offer conditions. Keep the invoice and payment proof, then check service status and expiry before operating.
Review add-ons and renewal before expiry
An add-on can have its own access period, so check it alongside the package expiry. Confirm package changes, extra features and effective dates with the team. For renewal, check the correct outlet and next service period and verify payment. Creating an invoice or selecting a plan alone is not evidence of an extended subscription.

Questions before you start
Is a POS subscription priced per cashier or per outlet?
The software plan prices in this table are per outlet. Confirm device counts, installation and cashier requirements with the team rather than inferring device limits from software prices.
Can I receive an invoice before signing up?
Yes. Email Taro POS with the business name, contact, planned outlets, plan and required period to request a quotation and invoice. Issuing an invoice does not mean payment has been received or an account is active.
Does a monthly plan include a receipt printer?
Not automatically. Software, hardware, optional add-ons and payment-service charges are separate. Check the complete quotation before paying.
What should I check when renewing a POS subscription?
Check the outlet, plan and add-ons, start and expiry dates, amount and payment proof. After verification, confirm that service status and dates match the agreement.
New businesses receive a 14-day trial automatically at sign-up. After the trial, choose the subscription for each outlet.
